4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aurora Analytica AS does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurora Analytica AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
